With over 30 years of IT experience, he guides the Navy’s $12.5 billion IT portfolio toward modern cloud-based solutions and data-driven strategies. Prior to the Navy, Mike’s career spanned various industries, where he spearheaded IT transformations and implemented cutting-edge technologies like AI and Big Data.
